What's all the fuss about Modern Art?
Aimed at anyone who has ever wondered what it's all about. This fun and informative 5 week course will give you a potted history of art from the Impressionists through to Andy Warhol.
You will learn to identify key artists and movements and develop techniques for looking at artworks, all in a friendly and relaxed environment. No prior knowledge needed.
5 x 2 hour sessions
- Impressionism, Post Impressionism, Symbolism, Expressionism
- Cubism/Futurism
- Abstraction and Russian Constructivism
- Dada, Surrealism
- Abstract Expressionism/Pop Art
