- The enrolment form - the whole form must be completed
- Any necessary supplementary forms (CO15 - Authority for Invoicing Fees; CO24 - Standing Order Mandate)
- The payment for the fees due
Aim of the course
The course objective is to provide a comprehensive study of the main legal and administrative requirements impinging on the management of highways, both as requirements and in terms of good practice.
Who is the course for?
The course is a must for all those with management or administrative responsibilities in the highways industry.
Asthe courses are by distance learning, the College is pleased to accept students outside the EU and overseas. There is an additional charge for postage.

- NRSWA Part IV Road works in Scotland
Assessment
Candidates must successfully complete four assignments. There are no examinations.
