Humanities and Science
The course is for those who have a minimum of grade D in GCSE English and/or who are considered by the tutors to be capable of this in one year on the basis of an assessment carried out at the first meeting.
The course is for anyone who has not yet acquired a grade C in GCSE Maths.
Students who have a Science background in at least one Science subject at GCSE. The may want to broaden their Science skills, or they may want to improve their current grade.
Most daytime students are 16-18 year olds who have GCSEs and who combine Film Studies with other A levels. Most learners will have already accumulated a wide knowledge and experience of film since childhood and the specification works from this basis.
Students wishing to study Mathematics beyond Higher GCSE and who have enjoyed and gained satisfaction from Algebra.
