CIEH Food Safety
This is a nationally recognised qualification that is specific to the catering industry to help food handlers to work with food safely in their daily tasks. It will ensure that you are fully up to date with the legal requirements regarding food and safety and meet environmental health requirements.WHO IS THE COURSE AIMED AT?
It is suitable for anyone who handles food including waiting staff, cooks and chefs, porters and retailers.
