Training for the workplace
Cleaning and Support Services NVQ Level 1 & 2
These NVQ's are designed for those people working in an environment where their job role involves responsibility for direct provision of cleaning services.
It is also available as a Train to Gain course for learners who are eligible for funding under this scheme.
Referrals are employer-led and the units are assessed in the workplace.
The course assessors are flexible in their approach to the timing of assessments to take unsociable working patterns into account.
The NVQ covers units directly related to cleaning and also includes
- Health and Safety
- Maintaining Service Delivery
- Communication Skills.
We will work with candidates and employers to assess and identify any gaps in Skills for Life or ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) and plan with you to close these gaps through training and assessment in your workplace.
