This workshop will support staff with their career development, improve self-confidence and ensure that they are prepared to meet the needs of their internal and external customers. It will also help the organisation ensure that staff are taking care of their customers, increase customer satisfaction and retention and reduce complaints.WHO IS THE COURSE AIMED AT?
This course is suitable for anyone who comes into contact with people aspart of their work. The course covers internal and external customers and how to define, deliver and measure excellent customer service.
