Catering and Hospitality Introduction to Professional Cookery Level 1
The Aim of the Course
This is a practical, work-related course which will provide you with a detailed overview of working in the Catering and Hospitality industry. You will learn many key cooking principles and practices and a broad range of theory topics to complement the practical activities.Course Content
The level 1 course is taken in the first year. It is made up of 12 units including:- Introduction to the Hotel and Catering Industry
- Introduction to Kitchen Equipment
- Introduction to Healthier Foods and Diets
- Plus a range of units directly related to cookery methods
