- Prepare, cook and finish advanced vegetable dishes
- Prepare, cook and finish soups and sauces
- Prepare, cook and finish advanced hot and cold desserts
- Prepare, cook and finish advanced dough products
- Prepare, cook and finish advanced cakes and biscuits
